I spent five years running a heating and air conditioning company in New Jersey. Every day I saw the same pattern: customers felt invisible once the job was done. When I moved to North Carolina and started West Lake Air, I decided that would change. That was 21 years ago. Everything we've built since comes from that single commitment: we stand behind our work because we know the frustration of a company that doesn't.
